Comment:  When you go through the recruitment process they are the nicest most hospitable people you come across but as I have seen when a girl doesn't make the cut or decides not to rush they treat them totally different, less hospitable and sort of just decides to ignore their existence unless the outsider makes an effort to say hello. Even the nicest of girls are this way it's sad to say, but not ALL. Just something to be careful about girls, be yourself and don't consider yourself hirer than others just because you are in this great sisterhood, it's not in good taste. (This isn't HS)
