Comment:  I think AXO's true ranking showed through recruitment this year. Yes, it is a known fact that this chapter has beautiful sisters (which they do) however the sisterhood aspect isn't there and unfortunately led to a below average / average PC. Hopefully they can realize this and step it up for next year! Pan love.
