Comment:  Only thing they have going for them is their new renovations but even then it won't save them from their socially awkward girls. Nice girls but definitely not a top or middle tier house. They only recruit for tugs but hey that got them a decade of W's. They always say DG is the most expensive because they are their biggest competition, don't let them fool you. Most girls drop because of finances.
