Comment:  Their PC seems mid to me. They got some girls that should be top, some upper mid, some lower mid, and like 1 bot quality girl. They seem to be on the road to upper or solid mid at the moment but we'll see how they continue to evolve. So far they are doing pretty good for a new chapter, most new chapters get bot pcs for years after forming so they're off to a great start.
