Comment:  cal phi isnt a real frat. with that being said they are hit or miss. cal phis keep to themselves. but everyone agrees cal phis are the craziest people on campus. they throw down hard. but not just the typical drinkings they throw down harder. they can be intense sometimes. some guys are chill but other guys just do much hardcore things that mess up their health.
