Comment:  You only ever see Pi Phis at the less fun/exclusive frats... think Lake Place. ADPhi, DKE. Sports houses. They haven't even been at Sig Nu as much anymore, what's up with that? I get if that's their scene but it doesn't make them look very elite or appealing compared to Theta. Yeesh
