Comment:  Been at Chico State for 3 years now and there is no doubt in my mind that Theta Chi has always been top house here. They party with the hottest girls, have the only good parties in chico, and have the best brotherhood. Literally the only fraternity that is proud to wear their letters too since their the only ones I see on campus.
