Comment:  Lets be real, chi o does nothing but bash other sororities and raise their's up. During recruitment, you talk to like 5 girls in a matter of 15 min.. how are you supposed to get to know someone? They are very fake but have to admit they are on the top of the bottom tier; however, I don't see them moving up anytime soon. Only nice thing about them is their house.
