Comment:  These guys gave out early bids this year at rush which is against the rules. A kid they bid even posted on his instagram, "thank you to Phi Delt for the early bid. " A few PNM's mentioned they wouldn't give house tours during rush because the place wasn't presentable, which is ridiculous.
