Comment:  if you're going through recruitment and want a genuine, substantial sisterhood (as every pnm should) this unfortunately isn't the chapter for you. wish this wasn't the case as I know some aphi's who are amazing but their preoccupation w being "Alpha Phi" comes off as needless arrogance. Going through rush myself I decided against aphi as I thought that if I was going to rush, I might as well choose a strong sisterhood that would be my home away from home.
