Comment:  Their new house should help them get a solid fall pledge class to add to a great fall and spring class from last year and begin to compete with the best fraternities. You can definitely tell the difference between the older brothers and the younger guys. I go there ocassionally and the new guys have are very polite and spend a lot of time with top tier sororities. Once these younger guys begin to hold positions in the fraternity I think they could make a push to become top tier.
