Comment:  Speaking as someone who was heavily involved in recruitment last year I know for a fact that Pi Phi's rush process is by far the most superficial. They want the same blonde athletes year after year and they do some messed up stuff during recruitment. I'm not gonna say because I want to protect privacy but it should seriously be looked into.
