Comment:  For sure top tier no question, but it's no secret they recruited bad last year. Not saying it's bad in my opinion, but last year rush put a phi above them. They're typically known for being be pretty & rich girls, but now they're more of a mix. I wish I could say their sisterhood is good, because they are nice girls, but there's internal drama I hear about all the time, which every house has, but when older members are crying that the new pledges aren't "what kappa used to be"...thats sad
