Comment:  Definitely not your stereotypical douche bag frat. Bunch of chill and laidback dudes. Pretty lowkey on campus like someone else mentioned on the bottom because of their numbers, but their parties are always a good time. They do Phiesta with the other Phi frats im pretty sure for philanthropy. If they stay focused and organized (keep getting better houses, having good consistent rushes), they can become much better imo and continue to grow.
