Comment:  Phi psi is filled with typical fraternity bros. They've got a fair share of good looking guys but a lot can be douchey at times. My friends like them but sometimes they feel too exclusive and they only want to be with top house girls. The house is super big and nicer than the other ones on the row. Feels like another Lambda or Sig Ep so rush them if that's your kind of house.
