Comment:  There are some decent Zeta girls, but most of the good ones drop after a few weeks in and don't even get to initiation. There are only a handful who did stay for all of my 4 years. I didn't even know the names of some of the girls who came out of nowhere around important (and mandatory) times like recruitment.
