Comment:  Can everyone stop freaking out about the loss of the house. Guys don't care if any sorority has a house or not, actually no one does except those who get to use it. Pi Phi will have a new house soon enough and it has nothing to do with what Pi Phi actually is like. APhi didn't have a house until now and nobody ever complained.
