Comment:  They're definitely a fun house and always have some of the best social events. Their grades aren't that great though and their exec tends to be less uptight than some of the other chapters, which means they have girls that like to party. Overall, they seem like they actually like each other, not cause it's forced, but because it's genuine. Definitely a top/upper-middle house, especially if rating on looks and popularity.
