Comment:  I hope that your Fall '17 group is strong, last year you did good, but if you want to achieve the growth you want you are going to have to get stronger and stronger girls each year. Other than that, keep working on building up your philantropy, keep participating in other orgs events, and socializing more with other orgs and you could be making your way up there in a few years.
