Comment:  The girls in this sorority are mean. Recruit based off of looks and popularity. Also heard that there is one girl who checks the recruits family incomes to make sure they are at a "decent enough income level" to join pi phi. There are some girls who are trying to change the image of the sorority and are so nice and sweet but are usually excluded from the main group and overlooked. Sad, but I don't see pi phi getting better anytime soon.
