Comment:  No house, check them out in maybe 5 years from this post. They might get their house back but parties are lame, the guys are not good at talking to girls, they don't know each other, and why would you want to rush a house without an actual house. It becomes way cheaper to live in a fraternity than anywhere else so why not reap the benefits of it from an actual fraternity instead of them. Ask them who their executive board is and they can't name their own brothers.
