Comment:  Phi Mu will most likely get a house before Chi Omega considering Phi Mu has a significantly stronger backing from nationals. If Chi Omega does get a house (which they have said every recruitment season) dues are likely to sky rocket. Nice girls but I would rather go AOP, AXO, or Gphi.
