Comment:  Definitely top tier but Kappa isn't as good as they used to be. They only get one groups of max. 10 cool girls out of 100+ then the rest seem like they're just randos. Some of my best friends are kappas but some kappas are some of the rudest girls at baylor. For sure top 2 but sliding
