Comment:  Largest fraternity on campus with the strongest brotherhood of any chapter around. Boasting above a 3.1 average GPA as well as being the most socially active chapter on campus. Not only does ΣΑΕ have the nicest house but it sits on 6 acres and is gated off providing plenty of space and privacy. Top house without a doubt.
