Comment:  in a nutshell I love INDIVIDUALS in alpha phi but I cannot stand the organization and the drama that surrounds it. A lot of the girls are great on their own but when it comes to sisterhood they lack. Everything is purely just about their image and trying to get the "hottest" girls by dirty rushing. They could be great if they stopped being so self involved
