Comment:  They're the newest sorority on campus so it's guaranteed that they're bottom house, and they'll stay bottom house until another new sorority is chartered and all the leftover girls from recruitment can go to them instead. They're definitely nice but have serious communication issues within the chapter. Girls join this chapter just to say they're Greek and wear letters and then don't do anything. They seem to be going in a different direction though, so we'll see how their fall 17 class is like.
