Comment:  On the rise but still has quite a ways to go. They are very dedicated to their philanthropy though and seem pretty involved. And most of the girls are very nice and classy with the exception of PC 16. They could also stand to learn how to value and respect their sisters more too as we all learned this year. They're doing good work, but really need to buckle down on their values.
