Here's how we do it: focus first on making sure we get high-achieving PNMs. Quality in makes life really easy. ADPi is a meritocracy. Then we support the PNMs with great mentors academically who have access to amazing test files and study guides. Finally, after the work is done, we bring the same intensity to our mixers!
