Comment:  Phi delt used to hang pretty exclusively with top tier girls, except now those girls are going other places like kappa sig, chi psi, sig chi, etc. They tried to fix the problem by filling the gap with bottom tier girls (which was not surprisingly a failure). Pair that with consecutive poor pledge classes. It's hard to even make the argument that these guys are top 5 anymore.
