Comment:  They've definitely been on the decline in my 3 years here. They're still a good frat, but are increasingly hanging out with and dating lower tier sorority girls, and this definitely shows in their recent pledge classes. Gone are the years of phi delt dominance. They're definitely not top 3 anymore, and soon may not even be top of red square anymore. Phi delt is still in a strong position and can rebound for sure if they can fix the sororities that associate themselves with.
