Comment:  Definitely getting better but it's a slow process. After they get rid of the older guys and (hopefully) bring in newer and better guys they will improve. Their fall '16 and spring '17 class basically run the fraternity now. Parties are fun but no even comparable to kappa sig or the other top tier houses. May not be the best but it doesn't seem to affect their attitudes or brotherhood. Good for them
