Comment:  The only reason they stood out their first year is because their nationals gave them money to donate to philanthropies so they could win. It opened up a lot of the other chapters eyes but this fall they'll probably fall back. If someone asked me to describe this chapter I wouldn't know how (and that's not in a good way.)
