Comment:  Definition of a middle tier chapter. Super hot girls but not generally outgoing. There is a group of some crazy alpha chis that are out almost every night but that definitely does not speak for the majority of the chapter. These girls get forgotten about but I have never met one I didn't love. Honestly their all just more mature than other chapters which is good and bad.
