Comment:  Undoubtedly a top frat but shouldn't be that way based on how they act. The only reason they have such a nice house and are considered "top" is because they are all rich. There are some genuinely nice brothers who are fun to talk to but 75% of them are stuck-up rich kids with major superiority complexes. Almost never throw open parties, they prefer to just mix. There are better top frats to join where the brothers are actually chill while still knowing how to rage and mix well
