Comment:  This house is currently middle of the pack and falling. They used to be good about 5 years ago but the last of their hot girls have graduated. Now the only pretty girls they get are the handful from CA joining because PiPhi is top back home. Been getting worse every year and no signs of stopping :/ Depending on the rest of Mid tier's PC 17's they are at risk for falling to the bottom of it.
