Comment:  Kappa Delta is a strong upper mid tier. It is In the top 6 no doubt about it.... Looking at each pledge class of KD tb newest one is top tier. Which will lead to the next pledge class being top tier also and so on. Pay attention to pledge classes for a second for this year!!! It will assure the rise of some chapters and the drops of others. At the end of the day they are all great! You can find good as well as bad in both what's considered "higher houses" and what's considered to be "lower house
