Comment:  This fraternity has always been so popular and known to give bids based on zip codes. However, over the years I have been here, they seem to have steadily go down. Never really see these boys on campus, no philanthropy events, and their parties aren't that fun/they barley have any. I've seen middle/bottom tier frats do more than them over the past school year which is crazy
