Comment:  To be honest these guys are well on their way to being top tier and even without the house they have one of the biggest philanthropy events on campus.. they kick ass compared to other fraternities who have been on campus longer, and some that are even the same age and Beta has outran other organizations when it comes to involvements and social life.
