Comment:  Has the most actives because they just bid anyone. "Phi Psi Experience" during rush makes it seem like you're livin the best time of your life. Wait until you have your parties at vdc where it just gets slightly packed and everyone just leaves 30 mins later because it just sucks. Never seen them rep letters on campus. Always freindzoned.Has some cool guys but overall very average.
