Comment:  Let's face it these guys of been top house on campus since the early 80s. They have a well established and involved alumni. After graduation alumni are very involved in helping graduates get jobs. They have the nicest house on campus. They have a solid brotherhood, excel at sports, are top in grades, and they are thriving outside of IFC along side Sigma Chi. There is a lot to hate if you are not in these two organizations. Keep doing you Theta Chi.
