Comment:  One of the most effective fraternities on campus, especially with what they have to work with. They literally took over 6 apartment buildings one street from fsu main campus. It is less than a 5 minute walking distance from Southgate and the Landis dorms; so inevitably they will always be relevant since close to campus and not all kids have cars to venture out. They have won alot of awards of recently ( so have other frats). Being so close to campus makes them more appealing than other mid tier.
