Comment:  Theta has the NICEST girls, but beyond that, I mean lets be real... they're the lowest of the bottom tier at the U. Everyone dreaded going to their house during recruitment last year. Everyone I know that had them as one of their two houses on the last day did suicide rush for their other house. Which is truly sad because they're all nice girls with a great sisterhood, but just kinda awkward all around. But seriously all the middle tier rankings on here? If they're middle tier than who's bottom?
