Comment:  This is a frat on the fast decline. I've only been at ETSU for three years and I've seen them go from the best parties, best house, most respectful and most involved to what they are now. Now other frats have caught up to them party wise, their house is a wreck, gave two girls black eyes by throwing water balloons on them at someone else's philanthropy week, they aren't involved and love to start fights. This was the last year for SigEp being on top unless they fix some of the serious problems.
