Comment:  They have a much bigger problem than just not having a permenant house. Their social life is terrible, they get the leftovers that couldn't get bids from the top fraternities in rush, they aren't a big name, and they don't have a strong pull with the top sororities. No permenant house will make you a top tier until you fix those issues.
