Comment:  This chapter thinks they are at the top because gphi is well known nationally. However, this is really not the case. Gphi at sju has been on the decline for a few years now and is falling behind to phi sig and some of the other orgs. Their class this year is average at best and none of the sisters really seem to have a strong bond. This year at recruitment they went in knowing the handful of girls that they wanted to take and they didn't bother making connections with anyone else.
