Comment:  There's a reason why they won Fraternity of the Year for the past two years. They're a small, tight-knit group of guys who know how to have a good time while also having the ability to intellectually interact with others at their parties. They have stayed true to what social Greek organizations were created for: to bring others together to socialize over intellectual ideas. They're definitely on the rise, especially since they were only re-founded back in 2012-2013.
