Comment:  It's sad what has happened to these guys over the past 1.5 years. From fall 2011-fall 2015 these guys were without question an upper middle tier house at the very least. Giving up their plex (which was without question the best plex at asu, even when more than a third of ALL frats had one) was a huge mistake. I don't care what the downsides were, you had to keep that. It made y'all relevant.
