Comment:  A top tier frat. I think the best frat this year because Kappa Sigma had been dealing with housing sanctions. Guys are nice and friendly, but all clearly are final club rejects and insecure as hell about it. If it wasn't for their sweet house by their founder (billionaire alumni)-- let's be honest, kids would rather even be at SAE.
