Comment:  Good luck filling that monstrosity of a house, especially with enrollment down. I truly don't know anyone coming from the big cities (KC, Chicago, etc.) who wants to be a DG. The good small town girls from BF all go Theta and the top, cool girls go PiPhi, GPhi & maybe ChiO. I know a lot of girls who went APhi, AChiO and even Zeta over DG. Sad - a LOT of money that will go wasted unless they take a lot of their scary legacies like they did the past two years.
