Comment:  This is easily the house with the most potential for Fall 2017. Probably have the best house setup now with the addition of the massive sand pit in the back yard. Not to mention one of the strongest brotherhoods. These guys are slowly moving up the rankings, parties have been getting better and better, and are not going away any time soon.
